💼 Job description:
- Communicating with clients via phone, email and chat in German and English
- Providing information and resolving customer inquiries
- Working with internal systems
- Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve customer service
🎯Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) and very good command of English (B2/C1) – MUST HAVE!
- Permanent residence in the Czech Republic
- Experience in a call center is an advantage
- Empathy and professional customer approach
- Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to changes
- Time flexibility – work is organized in 2 shifts (morning and afternoon), including weekends and public holidays⏰
