IT SERVICE DESK WITH ENGLISH AND GERMAN (45. – 50.000 CZK)
Náplň práce:
*Internal support of IT users.
*Processing of IT requests through tickets, e-mails and phone calls in the ITSM tool.
*Separate resolution of our users' problems.
*Maintenance of operational databases and knowledge documentation.
*Support for the introduction of new IT technologies.
*Cooperation on global IT projects.
Co od Vás očekáváme:
*High school/university education.
*Intermediate knowledge of the German language.
*Intermediate knowledge of the English language.
*Previous experience in service desk or second level support.
*Good communication skills, customer approach, ability to work in a team.
*Experience in ITIL and project management.
*Analytical thinking ability and willingness to learn new things.
