As Service Desk Employee you will:
- Review and process the end users requests
- Looking for the essence of the issues and troubles
- Document, track and monitor the status of requests, working with internal SW
- Be the first line IT and administrator support for end users
- Provide connectivity and LAN configuration
- Administrate the accounts and user profiles
- Manage and take stock of assets
- Keeping the infrastructure working
- Caring for queue tickets
To be successful you will need and have to know:
- Advance knowledge of Windows (Windows 7, 10), Microsoft
Office package 2007/2010/2013/2016 and PC hardware
- Great English communication skills as you will communicate everyday with colleagues all around the world
- Attitude to work responsible, accurate and systematic
- Resistance to stress, patience and flexibility
- Focus on customer, negotiation and service providing
- Team spirit
