ABOUT THE ROLE:
Within this role you will be responsible for administrative support of recruitment activities such as being the first contact for potential candidates, managing the CV database, dealing with the administration of hiring requests. You will also support trainings, manage the absence and benefits administration, follow up on probationary period, approve travel expenses and manage general HR administrative support.
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Some first working experience in the field of HR
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and open-minded personality; willing to support the team
- Good MS-Office knowledge
- Languages: Czech and English on fluent level, German would be an advantage
