Our client is one of the biggest credit insurance companies that offers a wide range of bonding, guarantees and collections services and we are looking for an HR Administrator working on part-time basis who will become part of the team in Prague office by providing support to local business units across CEE region.
Popis pozice:
- Work with various HR tools and systems
- Support of recruitment and onboarding, employee experience and other activities
- Actively communicate with managers and employees
- Engage and liaise with vendors to facilitate smooth execution of initiatives
- Engage in HR operations– payroll, implementation of internal policies and procedures
Profil kandidáta:
- Fluent Czech and sufficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Active user experience/ knowledge of the O365
- Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting capabilities
- Previous HR experience is an advantage
