GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE for Prague, Czech republic, part-time
True Star actually is looking for General Administrative to provide support for our office in Prague Airport. This position is responsible for providing day to day operational assistance to the sales and HR forces as well as overseeing all office administration duties.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing administrative duties on the daily basis
- Control of records
- True Star data inserts and checks
- Daily check of form2s, Z reports and sales reports
- Preparation of statistics and reporting
- Assistances in the preparation of the contracts including the documents collection and registration
- Working hours daily control and reporting
- Operations report collecting and interacting with HR consultants about HR events
- Collect mail and documents sent to Truestar representative offices
- Manage cash-with rowing and cash collection activities, petty cash management
- Managing, organizing and reporting the portage service
- Customer Service support and Help Desk
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Demonstrate experience in back office activities
- IT competences
- Fluent English and Czech speaker and preferred also other language skills
- Proactive attitude , attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment
