Our client, a leading eyewear retailer, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Optometrist to join their pleasant team. This is an excellent opportunity for an optometrist who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping customers with finding the perfect glasses.
The locations are all over the CZ, therefore we are looking in multiple locations.- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and identify any potential eye health issues.
- Provide accurate diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe eyeglasses or contact lenses based on individual needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their style, comfort, and prescription requirements.
- Offer expert advice on lens options, coatings, and other vision-related products.
- Conduct fittings and adjustments for glasses and contact lenses.
- Educate patients about proper eye care practices, including hygiene, nutrition, and the use of corrective lenses.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Optometry from an accredited institution.
- Valid optometry license and registration.
- Proven experience as an optometrist is preferred, but exceptional new graduates will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of optometric practices, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Compassion and empathy in dealing with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working hours:
• Full-time: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
• Part-time: Reduced working hours are possible
