You will be:
- responsible for providing an accounts receivable service
- allocate customer payments/receipts
- make a reconciliation of all unapplied cash and unbalanced checks/transfers
- monitore and report on unallocated cash
- resolve allocation issues with the country
- work on direct customer contact to get payment details
- responsible for continuous improvements of the cash allocation process
- maintaining cash allocations master data
REQUIREMENTS:
- bachelor degree (accounting, finances, or related)
- very good knowledge of Excel
- fluent ENGLISH
- Dutch, Italian or any Nordic language an advantage
- Strong PC skills and experience with the full Microsoft suite
- previous work experience in customer facing roles, preferably in credit/collections is advantage
- detailed oriented person with analytical mind
- problem solver with excellent communiation skills
- pro-client orientation with the ability to deal customers
- knowledge of basic accounting principles and knowledge/experience with cash application processes
