As a HR Operation Specialist you will:
- Support hiring/leaving process in the company
- Be a first contact for the candidates and employees
- Prepare new hire documentation and contracts
- Support all employment changes and benefit program
- Prepare the documentation for payroll processing
- Cooperation with personal agencies and invoicing control
- Maintains database records of employees
- HR reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
YOUR PROFILE:
- University Degree (preferably HR, business or finance)
- At least 2 years of experience in HR (multinational company is preferred)
- Fluent English language is a must plus one other major European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) is desired.
- Advanced IT skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Result oriented person
- Problem/solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Stress-resitant
- Flexible
It will be advantage if you have:
- Experience in Resourcing
- Knowledge of the differences in employment law across EMEA
