As a HR Operation Specialist you will:

• Support hiring/leaving process in the company
• Be a first contact for the candidates and employees
• Prepare new hire documentation and contracts
• Support all employment changes and benefit program
• Prepare the documentation for payroll processing
• Cooperation with personal agencies and invoicing control
• Maintains database records of employees
• HR reporting

REQUIREMENTS:
YOUR PROFILE:

• University Degree (preferably HR, business or finance)
• At least 2 years of experience in HR (multinational company is preferred)
• Fluent English language is a must plus one other major European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) is desired.
• Advanced IT skills, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Result oriented person
• Problem/solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Stress-resitant
• Flexible

It will be advantage if you have:

• Experience in Resourcing
• Knowledge of the differences in employment law across EMEA
