As a Financial Application Analyst your main responsibility will be to ensure adequate incoming cash allocation on assigned portfolios, maintain low unapplied cash, produce timely reporting as required and comply with policies and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all collection activities – minimizing balances, escalation/resolution of disputes and collection issues
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients and customers
- Precise booking of cash receipts on a monthly basis
- Supporting credit analysts with account reconciliations
- Preparing reports on a monthly basis
- Responsible for ensuring cash application metrics are achieved
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for you if you have:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or related fiedl
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 year experience in Customer service role (ideally credit/collections or cash applications role)
- Analytically mind
- Good organizational skills and problem solving skills
- Knowledge – basic of accounting principles, cash collection processes and risk analysis practices
- Advanced in MS Excel
- Goal oriented and motivated person
It will be advantage if you have
- Other EU language in commucative level (German, French, Italian etc.)
