CONTROLLING – REPORTING – PLANNING – BUDGETING – PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

As a Controlling Financial Analyst you will:

• Review monthly P&L and BS, comment the variances
• Prepare reporting
• Understand and analyze the business, customers, strategies, and overall financials
• Prepare analysis of the distributors performance
• Participate in the mid-term planning, annual budgeting process
• Cooperate on setting up new reporting monthly business review
• Responsible for performing special projects
• Cooperate in the process of monitoring and aligning forecast
• Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed
• Closely coooperate with Accounting department, Credit team, SSC and local tax consultants

REQUIREMENTS:
You have a great profile if:

• Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related
• Finance and Reporting experience (cooperation with HQ finance, consolidation)
• Able to analyze sales and margin, OPEX, OCOS to details, BS
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Fluent English
• Advanced MS Office package (especially Excel and Power Point)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
• Experience with SAP
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Very good communication skills
• Problem solver
• Good project management
• Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies

It will be advantage if you have:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent)
• Additional EU language
