Essential functions:

• Validate and record incoming invoices from suppliers and intercompany invoices
• Responsible for timely and accurate payments processing
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Managing of supplier queries (email and phone)
• Prepare documentation to support month end accruals
• Supports month end financial closing process
• Participate in special projects by supporting management and the project team
• Engage in process improvement initiatives
• Supporting internal and external audits as requested
• Close cooperation within the finance team

REQUIREMENTS:
You are a great candidate if you have:

• Finance / Accounting / Business bachelor degree
• Fluent English
• Relevant experience within finance (AP department) min. of 1–2 years
• Motivation to work in financial field
• Very good communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Advance MS Excel skills
• Proactive

It will be advantage if you have

• German / French / Spanish with very good communication skills
