Do you have fluent English?
Your main responsibilities as HR Specialist will be:
- Supporting hiring processes: coordinating selection processes, planning and organizing interview schedules, cooperation with recruitment agencies
- Praparation of new hire documentation and checklists
- Administer new starters for payroll and benefit purposes
- Compensation and benefits support
- Training & development administration
- Administer employment changes and maintenance of HR database
- Administer leavers process
- HR reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
You are perfect candidate if you have:
- more than 3 years of experience with complete HR agenda (recruitment, administration, payroll, benefits etc.)
- very good knowledge of Czech labor legislation is required
- fluent English and Czech for daily commuication
- Ability to independently manage working tasks and problems
- excellent communication skills
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel: pivot tables, vlookup, if)
- Multi-tasking
It will be advantage if:
- you have university degree
- you speak other EU languages (German)
- you have experience from international environment
Contract for 1,5 year.
