Your Key Responsibilities:
- provides qualified support services for assigned customer group and sales organization, at all stages of the order attainment and fulfillment process.
- implements and aligns service standards agreed (concerning e.g. quotation and contract management, price list management, master data management, etc.).
- develops and implements internal interfaces to ensure efficient end-to-end processes.
- analyzes customer inquiries and complaints and coordinates with involved departments to realize corrective actions.
- identifies optimization areas, and implements respective projects, potentially involving stakeholder from sales, logistics and supplier.
- provides advice to accountable stakeholder in sales organization or with supplier organization.
Your Qualifications:
- completed secondary education in economics is necessary
- minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service would be a big advantage
- good SAP user knowladge in Customer Service or Sales area
- knowledge of English and German language - one of them at an advanced level
- good knowladge of Czech/Slovak
