What You'll Be Working On:
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of apx. 15 healthcare product specialists supporting customers from CZ, SK, and HU.
• Talent Management: Handle talent acquisition, recruiting, leadership,coaching, and employee development.
• Operational Oversight: Manage patient/customer service operations within assigned markets.
• Planning and Scheduling: Oversee operations planning, shift scheduling, work distribution, and control.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure team and service quality, compliance, and customer service performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the hub on other markets when needed.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Who You Are:
• Language Skills: Fluent in Czech or Slovak, plus English (additional languages are a plus).
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading people.
• Contact Center Expertise: Experience with shared services or contact center operations, ideally within 24/7 customer service.
• Accountability: Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively report upwards.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive, self-developing attitude.
