As an OFFICE COORDINATOR you will be helping us with all this cool stuff:
- Taking full care of the condition of the office (repairs, office adjustments etc.), participate on the office design
- Ensuring that all the necessary supplies of stationery and equipment are always available and within the budget
- Communication with suppliers, negotiating better deals
- Administration tasks (maintain contracts/amendments and keeping them up to date, review and update Health and Safety Agenda etc.)
- Managing business travel arrangements (transportation, accommodation, car rental, arranging accommodation and airport transfers etc.)
- Participate in special events management (team buildings, dinners etc.)
- Maintain record of staff attendance and working hours
- Maintain in and out-coming emails and correspondence
REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum high school education
- Experience in a similar position
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong organizational skills – yes! That´s really important!
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
