As an „Administrative Support & Facility Office Coordinator“ you will be responsible for:
- Effective running of the office and providing an important support to the company management team
- Managing office services, arranging business trips and maintains good relationships with stakeholders
- Arranging repairs and office adjustments if needed
- Participate on the office design (supplies of stationery, office equipment etc.)
- Act as a main point of contact for suppliers (negotiating deals, ensuring to get the contracted services etc.)
- Managing business trip arrangements (transportation, accommodation, airport transfers, car rental, communicate with travel agency, arrangements of special events etc.)
- Administer and update Health and Safety Agenda (keep updated procedures, policies)
- Maintain record of staff attendance and working hours
- Deal with incoming and out-coming mail and parcels (organize and sort)
REQUIREMENTS:
What we require:
- Previous experience in a similar position (ideally within an international environment)
- Fluent English
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Strong organizational skills & multitasking
- Excellent communication skills and representative manner
- Proactive attitude
