You will:

  • Be an active member of new ERP implementation team
  • Analyse business needs, define project scope, establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation
  • Transform business requirements into technical solutions, ensure the production of functional and technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain specific tools customized for the ERP
  • Train key users, maintain system documentation, IT and user manuals
  • Help to resolve incidents
  • Develop and maintain web services
  • Use API for the integration of data from external tools into the ERP
  • Ensure integration of new functionalities in the ERP
  • With the collaboration of the IT support officer, provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of Incidents
  • Propose code fix solutions and/or datafixes
  • Manage release delivery cycle for the IT deliverables from analysis, solutions design, development, testing and release into production
  • Provide technical support and trainings to business users

We are looking for:

  • University degree in computer science, information technology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in developing and supporting ERP solutions (Oracle and/or SAP) either as IT business analyst, IT Data analyst, IT developer
  • Understanding data flows and troubleshooting flows (write SQL queries)
  • Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customisations
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes
  • Strong knowledge of relational database management systems
  • Good knowledge of web services and API (xml-rpc or rest an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of BI tools
  • Knowledge of accounting principles is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak or Polish AND English
