Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration. By acting in line with our values and being a role model, you contribute to H&M’s business success.
In this position, you will be responsible for the full administration of the unit's personnel affairs in the Czech Republic.

Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
- Administration of personnel matters in accordance with local labor law regulations
- Cooperation with an external company in the field of salary calculation
- Providing the Labor law and internal routines trainings to employees
- Contacts with the company's legal department
- Participation and representation of the company in external audits (including labor inspection)
- Improvement of the internal document flow process
- Stay up to date with the changes in local labor law
- Preparation of reports and data for payroll
- Benefit administration
- Be the everyday support for functional managers
Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in a similar position
- Fluent knowledge of Czech & English
- Practical knowledge of labor law and all regulations concerning personnel and payroll matters
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to think and work strategically; able to plan ahead and foresee opportunities
