Here is what we want:
- Payroll transactions experienced
- Accurate processing of company’s payroll
- Projects and migrations
- Payroll processing / data enrty
- Payroll reconciliations and validations of reports
- Process correct calculations and compliance
- Execute interface with payroll providers
- Perform audit checks
- Process year-end reporting
- Produce ad hoc financial and operational reporting
- Process manual remedies where required
POŽADAVKY:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of Payroll experience
- Preferably experience in SSC environment
- Case management expertise
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent English and French knowledge
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
