It means that we need you!
As a Payroll Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Payroll executing (pre-payroll activities, execution, post-payroll activities)
- Solving various queries from employees
- Analyzing of payroll accounts
- Preparing reconciliations of GL accounts
- Solving discrepancies and process journal entries
- Making sure SOX controls are performed and following SLA Timelines
- Requesting intercompany cost recharges and intercompany reconciliation
- Providing suppor for auditors
- Supporting other teams and mangement
- Daily work in SAP Finance, HR modules, BlackLine
REQUIREMENTS:
You are a great candidate for Payroll Accountant if:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in payroll accounting, intercompany accounting, financial reporting needed
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Understanding of finance policies and procedures
- Fluent English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical thinking
- Independent, responsible and honest person
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Service orientation
It will be advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Experience in Shared Service Center
