POSITION OVERVIEW: Junior Payroll Specialist:
- transitioning payroll processes from abroad
- creating workflows and procedures
- communicating with local office
- helping to train Prague staff
- reconciling and reviwing time sheets
- calculating wages
- calculating accruals on bonuses, benefits and wages
- communicating with the HR department
- collecting all necessary documentation from employees and the HR
- processing payments in online banking
REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education background in economics, accounting or finance
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in process migrations
- Experience in accounting

- Payroll experience
- Intermediate Russian
