As a PROCESS TRANSITION SPECIALIST you will be involved with a range of tasks including:
- Coordination of migrations within Shared Services
- Helping with documentation validation
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Monitoring of efficiency, risk reporting etc.
- Analyzing processes and services provided
- Leading the process blueprinting phase
- Identifying possible process gaps and errors
- Documentation review and its update
- Analyzing policies and internal controls during transition
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English and at least upper-intermediate French knowledge
- Previous experience in SSC process migrations is a must
- Experience working within a Shared Service Centre in a big advantage
- At least a theoretical understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
- Experience with Visio, Blueworks or similar process design tool is a big plus
- Understanding of Six Sigma principles is a big advantage
- Analytical mind
- Ability to organise time and tasks effectively
- Positive team spirit to fit in with the company's culture
