As a Credit Controller you will:
- Managing the accounts receivable portfolio for all customers.
- Following up all customer debtor accounts with an ageing balance
- Preparing all customer documentation, including statements and letters
- Reviewing the blocked order reports
- Maintaining customer credit limits and maintaining credit data in SAP
- Facilitating the opening of new customer accounts and amendments to master data
- Developing and maintaining the company’s credit policy
- Negotiating and establishing payment plans
- Managing all bad debt and legal issues and making recommendations to the management
- Processing reconciliations and clean-up of the customer debtor account.
- Ensure compliance with SOX as well as internal rules and regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
You are perfect candidate if you have:
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in a similar credit control role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office is required, particularly Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- fluent English, Dutch and French
- The ability to analyze financial data and work to a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work under strong deadlines
What will be advantage?
- A knowledge of SAP would be preferred, as would experience of using ERP.
- Some experience of working in Shared Services is desirable.
