- Daily communication in Dutch
- Plan and execute collection activities to maximize cash receipts
- Issue dunning letters to overdue accounts
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
- Issue credit hold notifications
- Coordinate customer credit changes with the finance and sales departments
- Recommend accounts shift to a collection agency
- Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status
POŽADAVKY:
- Dutch and English/Czech language is mandatory
- Good communication and negotiation skill and used to phone calls
- Higher education – degree in business preferred
- Balanced personality, good conflict management
- Detail and Goal orientation
- Solid PC Skills, including MS Word, Excel and Internet
