New financial processes are now being transitioned from the Netherlands to Prague and you can be part of this new project!
If you speak English and Dutch and have relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, you have a chance to become a part of global top brand and popular employer.
As a Credit and Cash Management Representative you will be responsible for the following:
- identify doubtful debt and proceed with next steps
- communicate with key customers and answer any finance related queries
- take ownership over timely cash collection
- deal with unapplied cash and apply cash receipts to correct invoices
- prepare credit reports and communicate with credit agencies
- take active part in implementation of new AR processes, creation of work instruction and follow up
- hire and train new team members
- monitor team activities and performance
- provide support during SOX testing
- prepare monthly reports and summaries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Previous work experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Analysis, Cash Collection or Cash Application
- Experience with transitions would be a plus
- Excellent communication manner
- Positive approach
- Adaptable and able to react to changes quickly
