Main responsibilities will be:

• Daily communication (email, phone) with customers from Netherlands
• Coordination of all activities toward customers
• Dealing with overdue accounts – contacting customers by phone, mail
• Determine customer needs and offer solutions
• Cooperation with sales departement
• Working with internal database, updating information
• Processing credit activities
• Provide and maintain strong and professional relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Dutch and intermediate English
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional and confident attitude
• Stress resistant personality
• Problem solving skills
• Working experience in customer care and credit area is a big plus
