As a Credit and Cash Management Representative you will be responsible for the following:

• identify doubtful debt and proceed with next steps
• communicate with key customers and answer any finance related queries
• take ownership over timely cash collection
• deal with unapplied cash and apply cash receipts to correct invoices
• prepare credit reports and communicate with credit agencies
• take active part in implementation of new AR processes
• provide support during SOX testing
• prepare monthly reports and summaries

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Previous work experience in a similar role or customer service
• Excellent communication manner
• Positive approach
• Adaptable and able to react to changes quickly
