We are looking for a senior B2B segment leader to own commercial performance for Enterprise customers. You will be accountable for segment P&L outcomes and profitable growth, while working in a hybrid model where product tribes own product delivery and product economics, and the segment function orchestrates commercialization across Mobile, Fixed, Datacomm and Sysol, with a strong emphasis on ICT propositions.
Responsibilities:
- Own Enterprise segment performance: revenue, margin, profitability drivers, customer base development and retention, and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Define the segment commercial strategy and translate it into a rigorous quarterly execution plan across acquisition, retention, upsell/cross-sell and portfolio mix.
- Lead proposition priorities for the segment: packaging, positioning and differentiation across Mobile, Fixed, Datacomm and Sysol, including ICT-led bundles.
- Drive pricing direction and discount discipline for the segment within governance, including margin guardrails, escalation logic and business cases for key initiatives.
- Orchestrate go-to-market execution with sales: sales plays, enablement, value arguments, tools and materials; ensure channel readiness and feedback loops.
- Act as the key commercial counterpart to product tribes and technical teams: translate customer needs into clear commercial requirements and priorities, without owning technical development.
- Lead forecasting and performance cadence: pipeline assumptions, quarterly outlook, KPI tracking and performance storytelling for senior stakeholders.
- Champion customer experience improvements for Enterprise customers by identifying pain points and ensuring measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B telco and or ICT commercial roles (segment, proposition, pricing, GTM, sales leadership, enterprise commercial, key account environment).
- Strong ICT orientation and ability to shape commercially viable offers that integrate connectivity and solutions.
- Proven track record of owning business outcomes (P&L impact, margin protection, growth) and running a disciplined performance cadence.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions (Excel, Power BI and similar tools).
- Strong stakeholder management in a matrix environment, ability to influence across sales, product tribes, finance, operations and marketing.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, comfortable with senior management audiences.
- Full professional proficiency in English; Czech is a plus.
