The role as a customer support team member requires a high degree of customer service demonstrated by the ability to be able to give clear and concise technical instructions over the phone or via email. Before you move into more advanced areas of the support team, you will be assisting with level-one technical support, which mainly involves trouble shooting. Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a contact person for customers on a daily basis
- Prepare and contribute to reports
- Manage your own customer service cases from inception to resolution
- Assist the supervisor with ad hoc tasks and customer requests
- Participate in outbound calling under supervision
- Provide product-oriented support and technical services to customers
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer service calls
- Document customer feedback accurately as well as any troubleshooting completed during the call
- Work in shifts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Working experience from multinational company is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Slovak or Czech
- High level of professionalism
- Customer service position is an advantage
- Computer skills – MS Office
