ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Order to Cash Manager leads the Order to Cash functions, including Accounts Receivable, Billing & Collection. He/she is responsible for management of 7 direct reports with overall management responsibility for a department staff of 60+ employees.
The Manager oversees development activities and training requirements, managing performance improvement measures and other necessary personnel actions. Being in charge of global standard process application including financial and operational controls, he/she minimizes risk and exposure. Driving performance improvement throughout the team, evaluating and implementing actions required to support government/audit or compliance regulations is one of his/her responsibilities.
He/she also overlooks the accounting treatment for AR and Billing teams including IFRS impacts, manages reporting and analysis and has budgetary responsibility for the Order to Cash in CSS Europe.
