U.S. Embassy in Prague seeks candidates for the Housing Clerk position in the General Services Office of the Embassy.

Position duties:
Works with Embassy staff and contractors to ensure make-ready is complete on all Embassy residences. Acts as General Services Officer's first point of contact for all make-ready and residential maintenance issues, and ensures the timely flow of communication to all relevant parties. Prepares work schedules, manages make-ready calendar, plans and leads meetings, monitors work status; Assists Housing staff with clerical tasks.
Who we seek:
- EDUCATION: Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma (MATURITA).
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years of previous experience in a related field, such as customer service or clerical work. Must have working knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiar programs.
- LANGUAGE: Czech language Level IV – fluent and English language Level III – Good Working knowledge. This may be tested.
