Job Description
- Take full responsibility for the sourcing and selection of for a particular set of vacancies
- Search for suitable candidates using a variety of sourcing tools such as advertisements, referrals, agencies, and web-mining
- Interview, test and otherwise screen candidates for vacancies
- Maintain and lead contact with internal and external candidates throughout the selection process
- Maintain relations with agency partners
- Prepare, obtain approval of and present job offers
- Perform administration associated to the on-boarding of new employees
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of recruitment status
- Help organize and execute job marketing activities and events (job fairs, open door events, etc.)
- Continually help identify and propose ideas for process improvement
- Help the organization remain competitive on the labor market by performing market intelligence, knowledge/skill enhancement during free moments
- Ensure that the selection system activities are job relevant and comply with relevant labor laws concerning non-discrimination
Requirements
- 1+ years relevant HR/recruitment experience
- Experience in a corporate HR/Recruitment environment preferred
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
