Who we need and daily routine
We are looking for a new motivated, reliable and customer-focused colleague to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving problems and ensuring a positive experience.
Daily duties:
- Replying to customers via our Chatbot
- Troubleshooting issues which our customers are facing
- Documentation and reporting via Jira services
- Collaboration with other departments across the company
- Doing necessary translations
Your profile
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solver attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes and tools
- Microsoft Windows and Office Optional plus
- Previous work experience in Customer Support
- English Optional plus
- Other European languages, especially Spanish and French
- 3 days in office (location Praha 1 Jungmannova), 2 days HO
