Who we are and what do we do?
In CLEO Finance, we are building the future of trading and investing. Our recent endeavour is to build a platform enabling traders to develop automatic trading systems in plain English and to optimize those systems.
Our next big move is in the crypto space, so you need to be acquainted with cryptocurrencies and trading. Marketing financial products is not formulaic, so we are using fresh approaches, new platforms and experimenting regularly.
The great part is that the client-facing team is just being constructed so the potential for its growth is in your hands.

- You should be able to take on these responsibilities well, or are a whiz at a few:
- Manage customer interactions positively, ability to clarify problems consistently resolves known problems, including identifying the root cause, be able to work on new, unknown issues
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction standards by providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right systems and tools
- Will be responsible for the creation of your listening system that will be able to report on strategic marketing and business KPIs.
- Going the extra mile to engage customers, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Assisting with developing new processes and providing insight and feedback to help increase customer success
- Assist with integrated lead management across all online platforms
- Think creatively and practically about support content and aid the team in its creation. Be self-reliant on creating basic content
- Actively track updates to all online platforms in use and adjust implementation accordingly
- Community management and participation in online forums
- Writing: technical, content and social
What kind of colleagues are we looking for?
Must be willing to dedicate time and effort to learning trading, understand traders and their tools
Excellent communicator
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple interaction touchpoints: CRM software, email, social media, etc.…
Able to manage content and see it evolve alongside the product
Mentor future junior team members – being responsible for that person's development in a particular area, organizing training and coaching and evaluating the effectiveness and any future needs
Ability to experiment and move forward with learnings
Flexibility to take on new tasks and learn new methods
The competence to adapt as tech gets developed and pivot to shifting priorities
Comfortable with English – it’s our operational language
Comfortable with participating in social media, matching the voice of our clients
