We are building a new Customer Service team and seeking candidates who:
- are fluent in both English and either French/German/Italian
- proactively suggest solutions rather than wait to see what happens
- will pick up the phone and call our customers rather than email back and forth all day
- are not afraid of computers and will try the power button before calling IT
- enjoy learning new things and sharing tips and tricks with colleagues
What can you expect from us?

What do we expect from you?
- Answer employees/customers/clients calls and emails in a timely, professional and meaningful manner
- Deal with a wide range of customer service and administrative tasks on a daily basis
- Analyze and interpret data
- Complete any ad-hoc activities related to this role
