Popis pozice:
- Coordinating with other functions to ensure order related issues are worked and communicated back to customer in a timely manner
- Maintaining a strong business relationship with assigned customers
- Playing a key role to ensure a positive customer experience
- Providing information and updates related to order status, product returns, complaints and claims
- Account Receivable activities
- Cooperating with sales and other teams
Profil kandidáta:
- Fluent English and Dutch is a must
- Previous experience related to customer service, logistics
- Very good communication and organisational skills
