what will you do
- cooperate with managing director on setting up and implementing the country governance model
- act as an inspection institution across the company – making sure all business deals with large enterprises & public sector are within internal strategies & time frame
- reporting to CEE region management & member of management sales board for CZ
- guiding international sales team through orchestration, budgeting, quotas, offers, legal contracts, internal data analysis etc.
- active communication with colleagues, regular meetings, connecting pre-sales and account executives, supervising time management and possible close deal risks
- provide complex operations support for CZ & SK
- manage operations for CEE channel distribution (international)
- pipeline management, leading weekly forecasting and reporting
- developing, implementing, and optimizing core business processes
- launching and managing the internal CRM systems
who we are looking for
- secondary / university degree in business, sales or related field
- at least 5+ years of relevant experience
- ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the sales department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
- demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to present to executives
- well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
- proven excellence multi-tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals.
- a result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- fluent in english and czech languages (daily usage, both languages)
- communicative, open-minded
