For our client, operating in the financial markets area, we are looking for Business Operations Manager.
You will be in charge to implement, test and support software for financial markets
Setting and fullfillment of SLA´s set
Reporting
Ensuring changes according to customer´s enquiries and its realisation
Management of client requests with highest priority (3rd level)
Monitoring of applications
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Very good IT background (IT infrastructure)
- Experienced in communication with customers
- Ecellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Java, Web, AMQP, PostgreSQL is a plus
