Your main responsibilities will be:

• Negotiating about conditions for new contracts
• Cooperating with management and team
• Communication with top clients and taking care of company portfolio
• Checking the conditions of the contracts
• Work with client database and to check and update the data
• Analyze information and suggest any changes leading to company progress
• Contract repository management

REQUIREMENTS:

• ENGLISH – advanced, fluent German?
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Very good experience with a variety of contract types
• Strong organizational an analytical skills
• MS Office advanced user, Excel is must
• Detail oriented person
• Experience within agreements from different areas Logistics, Marketing, IT, Professional services and other
• Team player
• University Degree (Law – background is advantage not must)
