ABOUT THE ROLE:
Clearing Supervision operates and controls the electronic clearing systems of FWB, Eurex and the affiliated lending trading platforms. Considering the market-relevant framework, Clearing Supervision additionally takes on the problem and escalation management. As a Clearing Operations Specialist you support the proper execution of the daily clearing house business along with markets/exchanges Xetra, Eurex, Eurex Bonds, Eurex Repo and ISE. Above you are the first level support for members of Eurex Clearing, providing functional support via telephone and email.
In order to do the above you will need to executive the standardised clearing process which you will be trained on. You will also validate and approve customer instructions as part of the cash collateral management. And be the first contact support for clearing members of the organisation while supervise the Eurex Clearing simulation environments.
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics OR a comparable professional experience in process finance
- Basic knowledge in clearing and securities
- Basic understanding of the functionality of financial markets
- Quick comprehension, ability to work under pressure, reliability and responsibility
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts (late shift finishes at 10:00 pm) when necessary
