- Care for private clients
- Preparation of Bank information upon request of client
- Preparation of any Confirmations (e.g. on account balance, cover, capital accounts…) upon request of client
- Preparation of Audit letters
- Providing the clients with the information on incoming/outgoing payments (domestic and/or foreign)
- Solving of unauthorized overdrafts
- Resolving incidents
- Signatures verification
- Technical support for system releases, testing
- Creating and updating of procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Management or equivalent
- min.2 years of experience in wholesale financial services
- Fluency in Slovak and English (writing and speaking);
- Good knowledge of banking products and ING procedures and policies;
- Understanding of relevant tax and legal issues, impact of economic and monetary development.
- Computer literacy and skills (MS Office)
- High ethical standards
