Waiter/Waitress - Hilton Prague

As a Waiter or Waitress, you may be assigned to work across any of our hotel F&B venues.

Waiters and Waitresses are responsible for welcoming and serving guests in Hilton Prague restaurants. Your week will have a 40 working hours.

The work and responsibilities can be divided into these section:

1. Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Create a positive first impression by engaging with guests, offering detailed menu advice, and addressing allergies or dietary needs with care.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently, ensuring orders are accurate, service meets expectations, and any issues are promptly resolved with supervisory support if needed.

2. Great Working Environment

• Work effectively with the F&B team to make sure operations run smoothly, contributing to a supportive, inclusive and motivational working environment for all Team Members.

3. Day-To-Day Essentials

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene regulations, and maintain cleanliness in all guest and work areas throughout the shift.
• Accurately record transactions, handle billing and cash per guidelines, assist with inventory restocking, and provide feedback to improve guest and team experiences.

We’re looking for someone with passion for food and beverage. Full training is provided so previous experience isn’t essential, basic awareness of POS and F&B systems would be advantageous.

• Guest focus, maintaining high standards of authentic service to create memorable guest experiences every time.
• Excellent communication skills to create connections with diverse customers and share information clearly
• Great teamwork and a positive attitude 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused under pressure.
• Fluent in written and speaking English and Czech/Slovak

1. Hop House (afternoon/evening shifts):  We are looking for a head waiter/waitress for a modern bar where Czech beer is combined with excellent drinks and a friendly atmosphere. 2. Seasons - Fine-dining Restaurant (evening shifts): Wine knowledge an advantage. We are looking for a waiter/waitress for the fine-dining restaurant Seasons (evening shifts) - if you like great food, professional service and a friendly team, join us!

3. Cloud 9 - Sky Bar (evening shifts): We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible waiter/waitress with the ability to cope with busy evening shifts. Excellent communication skills and previous experience in the catering industry are a must.

4. Beer Garden Karlín (afternoon/evening shifts): We are looking for friendly Waiters/Waitresses for our seasonal Beer Garden at Hilton Prague. Join our Hilton Prague Beer Garden team this summer!

• This position is full-time and will require working weekend and/or evening shifts. 
• Position requirements also include being able to walk and stand for hours and the ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
