We are now welcoming candidates for Accounts Receivable Clerk

Fully support the Credit Team within the Finance department by following charges and credit procedures and balancing accounts frequently.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is contributing and supporting the Accounts Receivable for the efficient operation of Billing and Collection and all activities related to credit control, billing and collection.

• Ensure the prompt issuance and sending of invoices
• Post and reconcile credit card transactions for all credit card types and follows up with banks on outstanding credit card reimbursements
• Handle all credit card queries
• Post and allocate all payments received accurately and on a timely basis
• Ensure all advanced payments/deposits received are properly recorded
• Assist the Credit Manager with month-end processes and other tasks as needed

• Ability to analyze large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports
• Strong problem solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers)
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required
• Work experience in Accounting or Finance preferred
