The multicultural team is looking for an Order Management Specialist with experience in logistics or customer service, who would like to join an international company, work with different software systems, and use English and French daily.
Your typical working day:
- Capture all incoming orders from customers and enter them into systems
- Monitor and solve customer’s ad-hoc requests and issues
- Verify and compare specific logistics and customer’s data
- Cooperate with inventory team and transport planning team
- Work in multiple applications such as Excel, SAP ERP, and Salesforce
- Experience in customer service or logistics
- Perfect organizational skills
- Fluent in English and French (B2 or higher), will be used daily
- Previous experience in SAP or Salesforce is a plus
