Popis pozice:

• treating incoming orders from customers  
• coordinating order-related problem resolutions
• monitoring and solving customer requests 
• providing support to other team members 
• writing reports and providing feedback 
• responsibility for part-time order management team members
• and other administrative tasks in this character 

Profil kandidáta:

• fluent in English and German
• proficient with Microsoft Office
• knowledge of SAP or other ERP application is preferred but not necessary 
• sense of priority to handle tasks and deadlines 
• analytic skills and attention to detail 
• highly customer and service-oriented 
• previous experience in administration or customer service is welcomed
