Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for handling more complex and escalated Customer Service issues
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries and comments
- Building relationships with customers by meeting each customers needs
- Making sure all calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting the team by carrying out any tasks requested by the team leader
! The position is suitable for FRESH GRADUATES !
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good GERMAN (at least B2) and ENGLISH (at least B2)
- Bachelor´s degree or similar qualification
- 6 months of working experience for example in a call center or administration position
- Excellent PC skills
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- To be able to work individually as well as a part of a team
- Attention to detail
