Responsibilities

• Leadership, management, and service delivery responsibility for the regional operations component of the European organizational unit
• Responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development
• Management and development of the team
• Building meaningful relationships with clients by providing efficient services
• HR operations
