We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person with management and supervisory experience.
This is an exciting role for a Team Manager / Supervisor to take the lad on the team function based in this a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will be working for an organisation with a strong market presence.
Responsibilities
- Leadership, management, and service delivery responsibility for the regional operations component of the European organizational unit
- Responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development
- Management and development of the team
- Building meaningful relationships with clients by providing efficient services
- HR operations

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills:
- Fluent English and Polish (native level preferred)
- Ability to take a broader business view and contribute to the overall management agenda of the unit
- Demonstrated issue management/problem solving skills
- Effective team building and leadership skills as well as coaching and people development skills
- Ability to motivate and develop people with a variety of development goals
- Strong background in team leadership and management practices
- Ability & interest in training other team members
- Ability to implement business solutions
- Project Management
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple clients
