Skilled ACCOUNTS PAYABLE specialist responsible for processing invoices and maintaining strong customer/supplier relations is welcome to join our team!
As an Accounts Payables and Payment Specialist you will be:
- Responsible for accurate processing and reconciliation of payments
- Ensure correct details are held on internal systems
- Communicate with bank representatives
- Process bank account documentation
- Responsible for timely and accurate AP invoice processing as per local tax, company policies and accounting legislations
- Review and Match invoices – enter them into system and check processed invoices for accuracy
- Participate on month end closing
- Make a trainings and prepare the related documentation
- Training and re-training of in country users on technical usage of the applications
- Participate on process improvement activities
- Ensure that all working practices follow the company standard policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:

- Education in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
- Relevant experience within finance or accounting (preferably AP)
- Motivation to work in financial field
- Very good knowledge of English and Turkish
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
