Your main tasks will include:

• Accounts Payable Processing (receiving and verification of invoices, monitoring and reporting, closing)
• Accounts Receivable Processing (credit control, collection, closing)
• Completion of monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts
• Preparation of month-end journals, maintenance of General Ledger records in timely and accurate manner
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Compliance to internal controls in accordance with the company's processes
• Financial approving
• Maintaining the process documentation and keep accounting systems update

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in Finance or related area is required
• Good understanding of accounting procedures knowledge
• Experience in accounting / tax or audit within multinational company
• Proficient knowledge in written and spoken English is A MUST, we also welcome other EU languages
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel is a big plus, but not a must !
• Ability to work independently but being a strong team member
